I’m limiting my feedback to the folks that I’ve worked with most but in general, I have been happy with working with Epic.

Jim has been a great guide throughout this whole process. There were many times when Jim spent time educating me about certain things to ensure that I’m making the best decision. I appreciate him challenging me on certain topics and sharing his expertise.

Adam is all-around great! He takes a ton of pride in his work and I always feel like he has my best interest in mind. Recently, he spent a ton of time finding a bunch of the errors in the home that needs a touch-up or fixing because he wants to ensure that everything is done properly and as best as possible. I really appreciate the extra time and attention to detail that he’s taking as we wrap up this project.

Justin is also fantastic. Super friendly and considerate about how my family will end up using the space. He takes the time to ask questions and verify that everyone is on the same page before proceeding with work.

All three of them are also great at calling out work that is not done properly or up to standard. This is especially important as it can be very easy to just say “that’s good enough” or assume that no one will notice but I have never gotten that impression from these three.
